About the Doctor
Assoc. Prof. Fatih Cakir Gundogan, MD
Dr. Gundogan was born in Kırıkkale, Türkiye, in 1975. He graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) in 1999 and ranked 5th in Türkiye in the national Medical Specialization Exam (TUS).
He holds the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO) diploma and the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) proficiency certificates, and has authored more than 100 international articles and book chapters. He currently sees patients at his private clinic in the center of Kayseri, performing surgery at contracted hospitals.
